- 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder

- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 ½ oz wheat flake cereal
- 5 tsp. sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp. raisins
- Cooking spray
Instructions
